Vince D. Martini
Vincent Martini grew up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Attended Villanova University, and Roger Williams School of Law. He worked in various construction fields that taught me the value of hard work and he understands both the white-collar and blue-collar perspective.
He began practicing law in 1998 concentrating in the defense of work injuries for insurance companies. His practice shifted to representing only injured workers bringing claims against employers and their insurance carriers. His practice evolved to include not only work injuries, but also car accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, and pedestrian cases.
Vince has concentrated in representing individuals who have suffered personal injuries and I have had many significant successes. He has handled hundreds of cases to the satisfaction of my clients.
He has been practicing law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for eleven years, and only represents people who have suffered injuries due to the fault of others. He deals directly with clients and you will not be shuffled off to an inexperienced associate.
He will gladly discuss all issues and information you need to make an intelligent decision about your options. There is no charge for preliminary consultations. Any case he accepts will be handled on a contingency fee basis. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
In essence, if you have been seriously injured due to someone else’s negligence, Vince Martini can help you in your quest to obtain the maximum amount of compensation possible. Areas of Practice • Business & Commercial Law
