Roger has been long-time resident of Montgomery County.  Through hard work, study, and good fortune, he was able to attend Columbia University in New York City, graduating with honors and a B.A. degree in Economics.  He then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Roger is a civil trial attorney with over 35 years of experience.  He has aggressively represented clients in hundreds of lawsuits, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and jury and non-jury trials.  Today, he concentrates his practice in family law litigation involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody and support matters. 

He adds to each of his family law cases a wealth of experience and expertise from many other areas of law including commercial and business litigation, personal injury and product liability lawsuits, and employment, landlord-tenant, and collections disputes.  His in-depth knowledge of many legal subjects and practices make him uniquely qualified to bring creative, out-of-the box solutions and advocacy to family law disputes.  He is known for his innovative legal problem solving and successfully advancing new ways of protecting and enforcing his clients’ rights and interests.  He is a member of the Diplomate National Institute of Trial Advocacy.  He also volunteers to help both the alleged victims and defendants in Protection from Abuse cases before local courts.
